The Leonard, co-developed by Lefferts, is a luxurious residential development located in the heart of Lower Manhattan’s chic TriBeCa neighborhood. This elegant 1920s building with a neo-classical brick and limestone façade was meticulously reimagined by SLCE Architects as a 66-unit boutique condominium with contemporary loft-style apartments and a curated collection of amenities.
